Real Sociedad have snapped up young Real Madrid forward Martin Odegaard on a season-long loan.
The 20-year-old has spent the last two seasons out on loan in the Netherlands, first with Heerenveen followed by last campaign’s stint with Vitesse.
However, Los Blancos preferred Odegaard‘s next spell to be with a club from LaLiga Santander so the player can become more familiar with the division and so they can keep a closer eye on his development.
The Norwegian will be presented at Anoeta at 12.00pm CEST on Sunday 7 July along with the club’s four other summer signings.
Real Madrid have also finalized Sergio Reguilon‘s one-year loan switch to Sevilla.
