No positive tests in Real Madrid squad

31 Aug 2020

There have been no coronavirus cases detected at Real Madrid ahead of their return to training.

All of Sunday’s COVID-19 tests on first team players and staff, plus those being promoted from Castilla and the Juvenil sides for pre-season, have come back negative.

Those members of Zinedine Zidane‘s squad who haven’t left on international duty can now start pre-season as normal on Monday.

Los Blancos will kick off their LaLiga Santander campaign on either September 19 or 20 because of their involvement in the Champions League in August.
