L’Equipe are reporting that Pogba’s departure from Man United ‘appears to be scheduled’ for this summer, with the board not planning to prevent him from leaving if Real Madrid make an offer.
The 26-year-old has even gone as far as to inform certain teammates of his desire to leave.
Pogba still has two years remaining on his contract so Man United are still in a position where they can demand a high price for him.
And with Los Blancos reportedly keen on a marquee ‘galactico’ signing in the summer, it would come as little surprise if they do reach a deal with the Red Devils for Pogba.
With the Daily Mail reporting that Man United are keen on re-establishing a British core, it makes sense for them to move on from the World Cup winner.
