L’Equipe crowns Asensio as the best Under-21 player in the world

The French sports paper L’Equipe has put together a list of the 50 best players in the world under the age of 21 and top spot has gone to madridista Marco Asensio. His fine form last season for the Whites and a fantastic performance in the Super Cup against Barcelona have seen him crowned as winner of a ranking which also includes madridistas Dani Ceballos, in 15th place, Theo Hernández, at 28 and Vallejo, at 31. Asensio in first place, is followed by Dele Alli and Mbappé.
