LaLiga do not agree with the Competition Committee’s Clasico decision

23 Oct 2019

LaLiga have voiced their displeasure at the Competition Committee’s decision to allow Barcelona and Real Madrid to dispute El Clasico on Wednesday, December 18, following the decision to postpone the match from the original October 26 date.

As such, LaLiga are studying the newly received documentation to assess the legal actions that could be brought forward.

They believe that, in the face of the specifics of the resolution, the lack of reference to legal rules, as well as the various reports and documents that LaLiga has not had access to in reference to the possible actions that could be brought against the institutions, bodies or agencies.
