James Rodriguez‘s days at Real Madrid are counting down.
The Colombian hasn’t had the continuity he desired under Zinedine Zidane this season and he’ll end the year without another appearance due to injury.
A number of teams are aware of his situation and ready to offer him an exit route. Arsenal were the first, offering 42 million euros, which Florentino Perez turned down.
Inter are also keen on the player and, according to La Repubblica, have the 50 million euros necessary to sign him, but they want to wait until the summer.
It’s not the first time the Nerazzurri have been in for James. In 2017 they attempted to take advantage of Bayern Munich‘s coaching change, but he stayed in Bavaria.
James is also interested in going to Italy, whereas he’s not so sold on the idea of playing in England.
