Goodbye to T4, where Real Madrid’s modern Galacticos put pen to paper

15 Apr 2020

Having been put on hold during the period of confinement, redevelopments of the Santiago Bernabeu resumed on Tuesday.

Throughout this season, work has been taking place to alter or take down the symbolic structure of the stadium, including its four columns, shopping center, roof and private boxes.

In the next few weeks, it will be time to say goodbye to the famous T4 area of the stadium, where Florentino Perez has introduced his new signings over the last few years.

The T4 was the image of progress under the current president, with Florentino‘s arrival followed by the signings of Galacticos.

Ronaldo Nazario was the last Galactico presentation to take place in the old press room at the Bernabeu.

Since then, Real Madrid‘s new signings have been presented in the T4 area, including stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, James Rodriguez and Eden Hazard.

T4 is and has been an essential part of Florentino‘s time at the Bernabeu and is connected to both the presidential box and offices as well as the dressing room. Not for much longer though.
