It seems like Luka Jovic is getting closer and closer to a move to the Santiago Bernabeu.
The Eintracht Frankfurt striker has been in scintillating form this season in the Bundesliga and Real Madrid are known to be admirers of his.
The German club made Jovic‘s loan from Benfica permanent for a fee of 12 million euros last week, but could sell him on in the summer.
“There’s a real possibility that Jovic signs for Real Madrid,” the German club’s sporting director Fredi Bobic has said.
“I hope and want him to stay here at Eintracht, but I’m also realistic and know that if a big club like Real Madrid want him then we haven’t got a chance of keeping him.”
The 21-year-old has 17 league goals so far this campaign, as well as eight in the Europa League, and would cost Los Blancos between 60m and 70m euros.
This price is more affordable for Real Madrid than the even larger sums they would be forced to fork out for players like Robert Lewandowski and Harry Kane.
