Announcement of elections for club president and board of directors

The Electoral board, in accordance with Article 38 of Corporate Statutes, have agreed to an election for the club president and board of directors. The Electoral board, supported by article 40 of the aforementioned Corporate Statutes, have made public this call and the start of the electoral process, which will go according to the schedule and forms as follows:

Presentation of candidacies: From the 9th June to the 18th June 2017, both dates included, with the requirements and within the schedule of the electoral regulations.

Admission and announcement of candidacies: On the day after the presentation of the candidacies.

Appeal against announcement or rejection of candidacies: Appeals against announcement or rejection of candidacies must be presented to the Electoral board, conforming with the electoral regulations, within two days after notification and publication of the announcement or rejection of them.

Date of elections (voting): In the case that more than one candidate is announced, the Electoral board will make public the date and place for voting.

Postal vote: Club members included in the electoral roll can vote by post, in accordance with the requirements and conditions established in the electoral regulations.

Electoral roll: Club members can check if they’re included in the electoral roll, on the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th June 2017, via the  On line members help office, or the members help office (Estadio Santiago Bernabéu, gate 55), Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 7:00pm.

Complaints against the electoral roll: Club members not included in the electoral roll can present complaints to the Electoral board on the days established in the electoral regulations.

Electoral regulations: Within its authorities, the Electoral board has published the corresponding electoral regulations which are available to club members at the  at the club office from the 8th June.
